Listing a mandir does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency, or authority to speak on behalf of that institution. Temple names, deities, and imagery belong to their respective communities and rights holders.

Listings combine open geographic data, licensed third-party sources, and voluntary user submissions. Names, addresses, coordinates, hours, pooja schedules, festival dates, panchang calculations, and dharma articles may be incomplete, estimated, or outdated. You must independently verify all material details — especially travel, fasting, donations, and ritual timing — with the temple or qualified local authorities before relying on them.

We honour the licence terms of our sources, including OpenStreetMap (ODbL), Wikidata (CC0), Wikimedia Commons (various free licences), Unsplash, and Pexels. Stock gallery photos credit the photographer and source when you open them. Derived database rights, attribution, and share-alike obligations under applicable international copyright and database-protection law (including EU Database Directive principles and equivalent laws) are respected. Media and text may not be copied for commercial republication without checking the underlying licence.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Content is for general information and community education only. It is not legal, tax, medical, travel-safety, or pastoral advice, and does not establish a guru–disciple or priest–devotee relationship. Regional calendar traditions differ; observance of vrata, muhurat, or etiquette remains your personal and spiritual responsibility.

We do not ask for GPS when the app or site first opens. Panchang uses a city you saved or pick, or an approximate city from network GeoIP (not precise GPS). Device location is requested only if you tap Use GPS, Near me, or the location control. On the website and app, first-party analytics records pages visited, a visitor identifier (cookie on web, app storage on mobile), approximate city and country from GeoIP at request time (IP is not stored), time on page, client load time and platform when available, and filtered bot-traffic counts for site quality. Google Analytics on the website runs only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Admin routes and signed-in admin sessions are excluded; rows are purged after about 90 days. We aim to follow internationally recognised privacy principles (including transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimisation aligned with GDPR-style standards). We do not sell personal data. Suggestions, notes, and corrections submitted by users are reviewed when possible but are not verified before publication. By submitting content you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and process it for directory purposes. We may edit, reject, or remove submissions that appear inaccurate, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate.

Third-party trademarks, temple logos, and devotional images remain the property of their owners. If you believe content infringes your copyright or trademark, or misrepresents your institution, contact us promptly with identification of the material and your authority to act. We will review notices in good faith consistent with international notice-and-takedown practice (including principles similar to the U.S. DMCA and EU copyright directives).

Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, AllMandir is not a booking engine, payment processor, or official donation channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllMandir and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, pilgrimage travel costs, or spiritual observance arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for use of the service in the preceding twelve months (or zero if the service is free), where such limitation is enforceable in your jurisdiction.

Users access the service from many countries. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access or use AllMandir. If any provision of this disclaimer is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws applicable where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Temple trustees, priests, devotees, or rights holders may request removal, correction, or update of any listing at any time. Include the temple name, location, nature of the request, and proof of authority where relevant. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
